Training on Substance use disorder Screening and Brief Intervention for Community-based Organizations

Community-based Organizations always being one of the leading pivotal groups in approaching and supporting process for SUD Users: testing, make referals to HIV services; With distinguish strength, CBOS contributed to reduce the burden for Public sector and high rate cover.

From this respective, VHATTC coorborated with Life Center organized a 2-days training focusing on SUD screeing model (using ASSIST tool) and Brief Intervention BI) for high-risk population (Motivational Interviewing) on 05 -06 March 2019

Training attracted more than 40 participants coming from 17 CBOs at HCMC providing services for target groups like MSM, IDU, FSW.
